It is not uncommon for adults seeking an ADHD diagnosis to also want to be evaluated for autism at the same time. The people who are dual diagnosed often refer to themselves as AuDHD.
The question on where to go for a combined AuDHD adult diagnosis is common. Both of these diagnoses are specialised, and the number of psychiatrists and clinic practices who will do both is small enough. Irish ADHD is not yet collecting broad data on dual diagnosis providers, but this list is updated informally just to be able to provide patients with something:

It is generally preferable to get a dual diagnosis rather than pursuing two individual diagnoses. Diagnosing ADHD can be more complex in patients who also have autism, as symptoms can overlap but also masks each other. The cost for a dual diagnosis is generally less than two individual diagnoses.
